We are looking for a full-time and part-time CBTs. If you want to make a difference in the lives of children and individuals with autism, we want you! Aim Star Learning is seeking energetic, self-motivated individuals to provide 1:1 Behavior Therapy (ABA) for children, adolescents and young adults with autism. We work hard to provide a wonderful experience for our staff and especially the clients that depend on us. We train students and recent graduates who are seeking a career in behavior analysis, psychology, mental health, education, speech, occupational, and physical therapy.

At Aim Star Learning, you’ll be part of a growing team and you can expect to gain valuable experience working in the high demand field of behavioral health with opportunities to collaborate with other professionals in the field and under supervision from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). You will be helping to improve the quality of life for children, adolescents, adults and their families in home, clinic and community settings.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
  • Work directly with children with autism to provide CBT/ABA therapy
  • Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies
  • Conduct patient assessments and collect data on progress
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and modify treatment goals
  • Provide support and guidance to families of children with autism
  • Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Monitor and document behavioral health progress and outcomes

Skills & Qualifications

Skills:
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism
  • Strong patient care skills, including empathy, patience, and compassion
  • Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
  • Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation tools used in autism assessment
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information
  • Proficient in documenting medical records accurately and efficiently
  • Ability to implement behavioral therapy strategies effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
